project organization The project s led by a steering group, and has three employees. Torbjörn Lahti is the project leader, or process leader, as he likes to call himself. He has overall responsibility for the project design and finances. He helped start the first eco-municipality in Overtornea in the early 80s. Since then, he has worked with eco-municipalities and environmental management in the business world. She has an arts degree in archaeology and communication science. For several years, she has been travelling around the world and has worked at many things including archaeology. Gunnar Brundin is working parttime as a coordinator for sustainable actionsprograms that the municipality is currently building.
