Contact us: The project s led by a steering group, and has two employees. Torbjörn Lahti is the project leader, or process leader, as he likes to call himself. He has overall responsibility for the project design and finances. He helped start the first eco-municipality in Overtornea in the early 80s. Since then, he has worked with eco-municipalities and environmental management in the business world.
